MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered as a HTD

You must have completed at least 100 tourneys on this ladder
(exceptions are sometimes made depending on circumstances.
For example: If the admins have previous first hand knowledge of past experience
as a HTD or admin, they may wave the min 100 tourney rule.)

You must run a minimum of 2 tourneys every week (on average)

Attend a monthly meeting of Admins and HTDs as often as possible

Phoenix_crib must be your primary league
(meaning you spend the majority of your gaming time in phoenix_crib)

You must be familiar with the TD code of conduct

You cannot be a member of another league sharing the same lobby as us
(in a different lobby is O.K.)

You may not apply if you have been boxed within the last 12 months

The Process

If accepted, it will be for a 60 day trial period. At 30 and 60 days,
you will be given a review.

It requires a majority vote of the admin team to be accepted as a HTD.
Depending on the availability of all the Admins, this process could take
between 2 to 3 weeks. During that time, any or all of the Admins may
contact you to discuss the application.

Being a HTD is a very important position. You will help in selecting and
training new TDs and helping to shape the future of Phoenix Crib. We
pride ourselves on trying to make the ladder as fair and open as possible.
We will do what we can as admins to help you succeed as a HTD and as
part of the team.
