HOW TO FIX
A BAD TOURNEY REPORT

This is how to fix a BAD tourney report if the tourney has NOT been closed.
(if it had been closed you would need to calculate the bux
and the players stats would have to be corrected by an admin)

In the TD center Click on 'Tourney support'
Then 'Incorrect tourney" - 'Tourney type' (ex: single elim)
Where it says 'Tourney ID' Type in the Jump #
Where it says 'Match reported incorrectly'
You will type the names of the two players reported incorrectly
When you were closing, if you didn’t get to the section that said award ladder bux
In the other 2 boxes type 'no bux tourney' and 'not closed'
Then click 'send mail'

NEXT
Go back till you are in the TD center again
and click on 'E-mail all HTDs'
Type 'Please do not close tourney Jump # There is an error in reports
and I have asked case to fix it. I will close it when case sends me notification'

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER
WHEN HAVING MADE AN ERROR IN A TOURNEY IS
DO NOT CLOSE THE TOURNEY!!!
