Phoenix crib has a zero tolerance policy towards drama. Our goal is to have a peaceful place to play cribbage. A place where people can meet, play cards and have a few laughs. We will not sacrifice the peace and respect that our members deserve for anything. If anyone has a problem or is unhappy with a decision, they are expected to act like adults. Take your concerns to messenger or use our convenient Contact Admin link. You would be surprised how much can be solved having a calm adult discussion. There is never any reason to disturb the peace and respect our members have come accustomed to. It's a good idea to read the Code of Conduct: One of the things you will see is "should you choose to take to the lobby causing drama or disrupting games it will result in a permanent ban, with no recourse." We take this very seriously. We are open to suggestions and calm discussion but DRAMA IS FORBIDDEN If you mouth off in the lobby saying you will never play here again, or tell us by any means that you want out of the league, we will make sure your request is honoured without delay. If you spew unsportsman like behaviour in the lobby, you will need to find a new place to play. If you curse, cuss, attack or otherwise abuse any member and/or staff in the lobby or at tables you will need to find a new place to play If you try to bring the drama from another league here, you will have to go back there to enjoy it If you constantly quit and join the league, day after day, creating drama and speculation we will help you with your decision. We agree this policy is harsh. It has even gotten us a few nicknames among the drama kings and queens that move from league to league for the sole purpose of spreading drama. However, the members came here to enjoy themselves and to escape the pressures of the real world for a few moments everyday. There is no bad leagues, just different ones. Some thrive on the drama and think it refreshing, we don't. This policy does not stop people from having fun ..... It's the insurance that they will have fun. We would like to think that everyone who joins us finds the "drama free experience" a delightful one. |
