There are logos in the Phoenix background pages to decorate your tourney pages, or many customized tourney page sites, which you can find on the TD help page. If you have any questions at all just ask an HTD or Admin. They are always more than happy to help!
Good luck and have fun running these tourneys! They are a lot of fun!! Sharing the lobby with another TD is always a blast! Enjoy!!!
In each 2 tournament special (i.e. BoS, BoA, etc...) the winners of each tournament play off in a final. The TD sets the table and invite each winner. You can either have them pick a number to see who sits first, or let the side that finishes first have seat choice! In the event you do not have enough players for one side, you can just do a play off with what you have.
Example: If there are only two players on one side, they can just play each other for the final spot, instead of cancelling the whole special.
Please make sure to post the winner in the forum after the tourney, and email Admin the final game stats so they can be added to the player stats by hand!
It is also a great idea to post your special in the league forum and shout box (if available) the day of your tourney to advertise it, and remind people it is happening so you get a better turn out!

If you can't get at least 8 in on a side you can reset it as a 1 X 1 Single Elimination and then the winner and the semi-finalist can team up to play the finals against the opposite sex.
DO NOT reset it as a Regular Swiss because then you are not guaranteed a 2nd place,
more than likely there will be a tie for 2nd place in a reg swiss!
